Middle Block:
If blocking with the right arm, the left arm comes straight up and back with the fist pointed down and next to the ear. The right arm at the same time crosses the abdomen and stops next to the left hip. In one motion, the left arm is then brought straight down to cover while the right arm swings horizontally out, jointed at the elbow, and stops firm when positioned directly in front of the body.
