From attacker punching right Jodan Seiken Zuki, block Soto Teisho Uke. Bring your free arm up to the tricept muscle and push up towards the attackers face as you follow and fold the upper part of their arm around their head with the hand you used to block, effectively blocking your opponent's sight. Step forward and move your arm over their head so that you have a grip from behind on their wrist and a hand still on the tricept or elbow. Push around on the elbow while pulling in and down on the wrist. The opponent should arch their back and twist down face first or on their left side.
