Mae Geri

Front Kick:
This kick starts by stepping from hachichi dachi to zenkutso dachi and blocking gedan barai over the leading leg. If kicking right, the left foot (leading), pivots out while weight is shifted to the left leg and the right leg is lifted off the ground to the body with the toes pointed up. The kick snaps straight out hitting the target with the ball of the foot. Finally the leg then returns to the body before stepping back down to zenkutso dachi.
