Forenuckle Thrust to the solar plexus: When punching with the right hand the fist starts from cover. The arm is extended with the fist still in its cover orientation. Upon contact with the solar plexus (just below the sternum on the chest) the fist is rotated 180 degrees. The arm should be extended fully with a slight amount of bend left in the elbow. If done from a block, the returning hand which has blocked should pass the punching hand at approximately middle of full arm extension. |
