Heisoku Dachi

Formal Attention Stance:
This stance is primarily used when in the process of bowing for whatever reason. The feet are completely together (toes and heels), knees slightly bent and hands at the sides. If bowing for instruction from this stance, the Kenpo fist is made with the right hand, brought to the middle of the body, and covered by the left hand, with thumb tucked inside.
