Mikazuki Geri

Crescent Kick:
Generally one would start this kick from Sochin Dachi. If kicking with the right foot, the left hand extends teisho as a target in front of the body for practice. The lead leg rotates out 45 degrees. Shifting the body weight forward, the trailing leg is kicked up, out, and around so as to strike the target in a circular motion with the ball of the foot.
