Neko-Ashi Dachi Cat Legged Stance: This stance is designed to free the weight from one leg completely so that it may be used for any other desired purpose. The rear leg will be bent and holding all of the body's weight with the foot pointed at approximately a 45 degree angle away from the body. The front leg will be held forward at a comfortable distance and the lower portion of the leg will hand straight down. The heel of the front foot is raised from the groud and the toes are pointed up so that only the ball of the forward foot should be touching the ground if anything. The ball of the forward foot should be directly in with the heel of the rear foot. |
